Due to limited time and space no extra guests should be brought to your appointment.
If you wish to bring food please make sure to pick up after yourself :)
You are allowed 72 hours after your appointment start time to have any complmentary repairs done if your style is coming undone for any reason.
This does not apply to color, size, parting, or length changes.
After this window a touch up can be booked for any maintenance. Maintenance does not apply to services from other stylists.
Shampoo services are not available for travel appointments.
There is a nonrefundable booking fee of:
$60 for protective styles
50% of service for; travel, squeeze-in's and human hair services via zelle:
This payment is due at the time you book online
or within an hour of booking for 50% booking fee services. (travel, squeeze-in's, upgraded hair add on services)
There is NO booking fee to book a natural hair appointment.
After booking please check your confirmation email for parking and address information.
If you need to reschedule for any reason it must be within 10 days of your original appointment,
If you book for more than 10 days from your original appointment,
you will have to submit a new booking fee and the other fee will not go towards the new appointment date.
If notified about a cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price.
No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price with the card on file and will be banned from booking any other appointments.
If any payments are disputed by a client after services have been recieved the client will be banned from booking with TML in the future.
Payment for booking and services
Your booking fee goes towards your service total.
The remaining amount of the service cost is due in CASH ONLY at your appointment. Please bring your exact amount unless you wish to tip :)
If you forget to bring cash, no biggie!
You can submit it via ZELLE and there is a $10 fee for payments submitted this way.
There is a $25 late fee if you are 15 minutes late, if you are between 16-30 minutes late there is a $50 late fee.
If you are 31 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled (within 10 days of the original appointment only, if availability allows) and late fees will be applied to the next appointment.
